 Exhibitors

  • Cost is $1,100, which includes one (1) full conference registration to all events, session admittance, and exhibit badge
  • One skirted table and 2 chairs
  • Mailing list of conference registrants for follow-up purposes after the conference
  • Verbal or digital recognition to all conference attendees during opening session
  • Spark session offered to all exhibitors of a rapid fire presentation in front of all conference attendees
  • Networking breaks with attendees to expand on solution discussions

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is a way for exhibitors and other interested parties to support the mission and goals of the Association through higher level support of conference events.  CFTA sponsorship is available at three (3) different levels: Bronze, Gold, and Diamond.  Each level offers many benefits to match your marketing needs and budget.  View registration cost comparison and membership matrix for details.

All sponsor levels include:

  • CFTA hosted webinar within one year of registration
  • Logo and company description on CFTA website
  • Conference exhibitor space
  • Prime conference booth location 
  • Verbal or digital recognition during conference at least once a day
  • ListServ public announcements

The following benefits are only available to Diamond level sponsors:

  • Option for a pre-conference session
  • Option for a conference keynote presentation

How many members are in CFTA? 
As of January 2018 there are 140 active members | 2/3 campus members, 1/3 business partner members  

What is your expected conference attendance?
We are expecting upwards of 150 attendees for the 2018 conference and can accommodate up to 300.


 

What are the typical backgrounds of your campus attendees? 
CFTA conference attendees travel from all around the country to attend our event.  The majority of campus attendees serve in leadership positions in departments of facilities information services, document management, planning, design and construction, space management, and more.  View these metrics on who attended our 2017 conference to learn more about our attendee backgrounds.

 

What other information do you have about the conference or Business Partner membership? 

  • PROGRAM - The 2018 conference agenda will be available late spring 2018.  You can view the 2017 program for an example of what to expect, which includes pre-conference sessions, breakout sessions, round table discussions, and more.  Or, you can also view our past conferences web pages to see past years' agendas, detailed session listings, photo albums, and other conference information.
