Conference Attendee List Use Restrictions

Access Schedule

Conference attendee lists are provided to CFTA Business Partners at a schedule determined by sponsorship level. 

  • Diamond and STAR sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) month before conference or as requested
  • All sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) week before conference
  • All exhibitors and sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) week following conference


Ensuring the privacy of our members is respected and mailboxes aren't inundated is very important to CFTA.  As such, the following restrictions apply: 

  • Sponsors and/or Exhibitors are limited to one (1) message per event registrant after the event start date.
  • Electronic pre-post conference participant list sharing is strictly prohibited, except for between employees within the same organization.
  • Use of the list for purposes other than participant outreach related to the CFTA Conference is strictly prohibited.
  • In addition, sponsors and exhibitors must adhere to CFTA's Privacy Policy


Any violations of our privacy policy and/or use restrictions may result in termination of membership.
