A message from your new CFTA President, Sue Stewart!

Thank you to the Campus FM Technology Association for allowing me to serve as your President. It is an honor and privilege to have the trust of my fellow members to lead this exceptional organization. Now more than ever, campuses are facing changes and challenges due to resource limitations, technological advancement, and workplace demographics and CFTA will continue to be responsive to the needs of our members.

This is a very exciting time as we will be forming new groups to implement our strategic plan and increase membership value and numbers. I urge you to get involved so that you can have an impact on the future of CFTA.  While I am on-boarding and learning the business of being your President I would love to learn more about how you feel we are doing now and where we have future opportunities. I humbly ask that you complete a short survey so that I can learn your CFTA-why.  

We had a great annual conference this year with strong attendance and a record number of breakout sessions. If you missed this year’s conference, I spoke about the Golden Circle Model by Simon Sinek. This concept is that when you start with your purpose, or why, it spurs others to action. I expressed that my CFTA-why is that it inspires and empowers its members through shared experiences, collaboration, and respect.
