How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor?

Where is the Exhibit Hall held?
Exhibitor booths will be located in the conference ballroom, which allows for more engagement and interaction with conference attendees.

 

Where can I make hotel reservations?

I would like to host a program or session at the conference.  Who do I contact?

I am a presenter.  What information do I need to know?

Where is the conference schedule?
The CFTA conference schedule will be available on cfta.org when available, ETA by early June.

 

What is the Exhibitor Schedule?  Subject to change. Check published agenda for details.
    Tuesday, August 1 
      11am - 5pm Exhibits Set Up
      5:30pm - 7:30pm Welcome Reception

    Wednesday, August 2
      7:00am - 8:00am Breakfast
      8:00am - 5pm Exhibits Open

    Thursday, August 3
      7:00am - 8:00am Breakfast
      8:00am - 12pm Exhibits Open
      2pm - 9pm Tours and Special Event

Exhibits Tear Down will begin at 11:15am on Thursday and may be done through lunch session.  Exhibitors may also break down Friday morning.  Buses depart at 2pm on Thursday to EPIC tour.  If you are going on this tour and staying for Friday's Unconference, consider breaking down Friday morning.  If you are not going on the EPIC tour but attending the Special Event, another bus will return to the Edgewater around 4pm to take you to the event.

What are the sizes of the Exhibit Hall tables?
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6' x 2.5 ' table in a 10'x10' space.  Your table comes covered and skirted with two chairs.  Electricity is available.

 

May exhibitors attend conference sessions?
All registration levels include conference session admittance.  

 

Where do I ship my booth to?

1) Items should be shipped to the following address, to arrive no earlier than Friday, July 28th:

Please label boxes as "1 of 3", etc. so these can easily be delivered to the exhibit area.
2) Shipping items after the conference:

Exhibitors should arrange for pick up at the conclusion of the conference through your preferred courier, such as UPS or FedEx. Since these services are not on-site at the Edgewater, exhibitors are encouraged to make these arrangements in advance, and bring the necessary return mailing labels with them to the Edgewater.

If you would prefer to bring your items to a FedEx or UPS location to be shipped, the nearest FedEx Office Store is approximately 1 mile from The Edgewater Hotel and the nearest UPS store is approximately 2 miles from the Edgewater Hotel:

I would like to donate a prize to the raffle.  Who do I contact?
Conference giveaways from CFTA business partners are welcome.  You can give your giveaway to the CFTA President during the conference of email [email protected] to coordinate.

 

What is a Spark Session and how do I participate?
All exhibitors will be given the opportunity for a 2-4 minute rapid fire presentation on their solution in the ballroom in front of all attendees.  You will be contacted closer to the conference with details on presentation length and slide format.
