CFTA Champion Awards
The CFTA conference elevetes continued engagement throughout the year and awards two members, one campus member and one business partner member, for their exemplary service to the CFTA community over the entire year.
What defines a CFTA Champion?
A CFTA Champion shares and advocates for CFTA as the community and organization of choice for campus facility management tech professionals to come together from various campuses, including higher education institutions, medical, and K-12 campuses. The common goal of the CFTA member community is to share ideas, solutions, and support each other and innovation in the campus FM tech field.
CFTA Campus Champion
- Shares CFTA with their network and invites industry peers to get involved by joining as members and attending the annual conference.
- Shares CFTA through social media engagement.
- Shares their expertise and solutions by leading a Water Cooler.
- Shares their expertise by submitting an abstract to present at the CFTA Annual Conference.
- Shares ideas and conversation starters in the CFTA Member Forum.
 CFTA Partner Champion
- Shares CFTA with their network and invites industry peers to get involved by joining as members and sponsors.
- Shares CFTA through social media engagement.
- Shares their expertise by submitting a sponsor abstract to present at the CFTA Annual Conference.
- Shares ideas and conversation starters in the CFTA Member Forum.

To be eligible you must be an active campus member or business partner for the previous membership year before the conference (8/1 - 7/31). The award recipients will be chosen by the the CFTA Board of Directors through internal board nominations and discussion. The award winners will be announced each membership year at the CFTA Annual Conference (award winners do not have to be present to win in the event they are unable to travel to the conference).
