Conference Attendee List Use Restrictions
Access Schedule
Conference attendee lists are provided to CFTA Business Partners at a schedule determined by sponsorship level.
- Diamond sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) month before conference
- All sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) week before conference
- All exhibitors and sponsors receive attendee list ~one (1) week following conference
Restrictions
Ensuring the privacy of our members is respected and mailboxes aren't inundated is very important to CFTA. As such, the following restrictions apply:
- Sponsors and/or Exhibitors are limited to one (1) message per event registrant after the event start date.
- Electronic pre-post conference participant list sharing is strictly prohibited, except for between employees within the same organization.
- Use of the list for purposes other than participant outreach related to the CFTA Conference is strictly prohibited.
- In addition, sponsors and exhibitors must adhere to CFTA's Privacy Policy
Any violations of our privacy policy and/or use restrictions may result in termination of membership.
